Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cultivation department, including scheduling, production, planting and harvesting schedules, record-keeping, and Personnel management.

Responsible for managing the garden, including monitoring the plants' growth and development, operating and maintaining equipment and environmental systems used in cultivation zones to ensure plants are provided adequate water, nutrients, and light, and inspecting the plants to reduce pest and disease pressure.

Responsible for managing the watering systems, including drip irrigation, overhead sprinklers, and hydroponic systems.

Responsible for harvesting the cannabis plants at the appropriate time, following compliant track-and-trace operating procedures, efficiently transferring cannabis plants from cultivation zones to drying rooms and/or freezer storage.

Responsible for trimming and manicuring the plants to prepare them for sale or processing.

Responsible for monitoring and controlling pests, such as insects and rodents, to prevent damage to the plants.

Responsible for packaging and processing the harvested plants for sale or further processing.

Responsible for ensuring that the business complies with all state and federal regulations, including licensing, permits, and reporting requirements.

Responsible for ensuring that all cannabis produced in the facility meets the company's quality standards, including testing for potency and contaminants, and regulatory requirements prior to processing flower and/or manufacturing.

Responsible for testing and analyzing the plants and products for potency, purity, and quality.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities used in the cultivation process ensuring that all equipment is clean and properly functioning.

Responsible for overseeing the entire extraction process, including selecting the appropriate extraction method, monitoring the process, and ensuring that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. The extraction manager or director is responsible for hiring and training Personnel, including extraction technicians, and ensuring that all employees adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Extraction Manager is also responsible for developing new extraction methods and products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and collaborating with other departments to improve product quality and efficiency.

Responsible for overseeing the extraction process and ensuring that the equipment is operating correctly. Personnel must be trained by the Extraction Manager to ensure that the extraction process is performed safely and that all Personnel members are trained in safety procedures. They must also ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning, and that all waste and hazardous materials are disposed.

Responsible for ensuring that all extracts meet quality standards, including testing for potency, purity, and contaminants. They may also be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and local regulations governing cannabis products.

Responsible for testing and analyzing the plants and products for potency, purity, and quality.

Responsible for packaging and processing the extracted products for sale.

Responsible for ensuring that all equipment in the manufacturing facility is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned. They may also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.

Responsible for managing inventory of raw cannabis materials and finished products, including tracking production metrics and maintaining accurate records.
